Today was beach day! This means all afternoon camp was shuttled to Lake Wenatchee for some good time in the sun. There was lots of relaxing, lounging, and the occasional jump into the glacier fed lake. Once everyone had had their fill of vitamin D, it was time to get back for dinner then the much anticipated square dance! Everyone grouped up into squares of eight to dance the evening away! It was a mess of confused fun and controlled chaos. Square dancing is no easy feat. However as the sun set and the sky grew darker, everyone had managed to grasp enough of a handle as to have some proper fun swinging their partners and Alaman-lefting with their corners. Last up on the agenda for tonight is another campfire at some rest.
