The second day of camp was quite the ride as after the morning of breakfast, a peaceful bible study about the potters house, and the usual rotation of crafts/music-drama/nature/low ropes, 49 out of the approximate 70 campers here began their horse rides in the afternoon. Other afternoon options included Zipline, Giant Swing, and plaster crafts. Dinner brought extra excitement tonight with the well loved hobo stews at the beach night. Campers enjoyed throwing rocks, cooking meals, and roasting s'mores in lieu of the usual dinner routine and ended the night off with a campfire time and more testimonies shared. The moon shone as a peaceful nightlight as the campers closed their eyes ready for the fun the rest of the week will bring.
2 “Go down to the potter’s house, and there I will give you my message.” 3 So I went down to the potter’s house, and I saw him working at the wheel. 4 But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him. -Jeremiah 18:2-4
