With sleepy and excited eyes campers filed in for the routine 8am breakfast. Post breakfast came morning A-frame that included singing, and a talk from Clifford, which led into solo time and a cabin bible study. Up next was Activity classes, where campers got to chose between Frisbee, Volleyball, Parkour, Ceramics, Slack line, Dance, and Rock Climbing classes to learn more about those activities for two different hour and a half long sessions. These classes led right up to lunch after which came Afternoon Options where the Junior Highers participated in various exciting adventures such as crafts, Bmx, high ropes course, Zip line, rock wall, and Giant Swing. However, just when everyone thought that the day could not possible get more exciting? MUD PIT!!! A chance to wiggle splash and slide in a 300 square ft swatch of glorious mud, who doesn’t love getting a little dirty at camp!? After many showers and much scrubbing and dinner, there came a rousing all camp game of capture the flag followed by a quieter campfire, a talk from Clifford, and off to bed.
