The usual morning routine commenced on day one as campers trickled into breakfast and made their way to morning A-frame where there was worship and a talk from Zachary the speaker to introduce the solo time, which led into a cabin bible study. Team building low ropes activities switched off with cabin bible study and all of these things led to a delicious lunch. After lunch comes Afternoon Options, where campers get to chose between things like ropes course, giant swing, zip line, rock wall, archery, and bmx biking! These activities go until 4 but at 4:30 was the real excitement of the day, MUD PIT!! A solid hour of mud filled fun and games, who doesn’t like to get a little muddy every once and a while!? Mud pit was followed by dinner and a beloved game entitled councilor hunt, in which campers competed in clans to find and bring back the most councilors. Next up was a lovely concert by Beth Whitney and Bradford Lumis in the A-frame followed by another campfire with a talk from Zachary and time for some sleep!
