Family Camp Day 5: A Great Day For A Luau!

Families spent the last full day of camp catching a movie in the Napeequa Room, participating in a scavenger hunt and livin' it up at the Tall Timber Island luau. Later on in the evening campers gave it all they got in the talent show and skit night before turning in after a long week of growing closer together and closer to God.

Family Camp Day 4: Smiles All Around!

This morning, kids had a blast on the merry-go-round, taking in God's awesome wilderness after some fun at the craft shed. In the afternoon folks of all ages spread out around camp to fire some arrows, climb the rock wall and soar over camp on the zipline. Later on after dinner adults stuck around the lodge to hear from our speaker while kids roasted s'mores by the river.

This afternoon, campers got out in the sun, having a great time on Tall Timber's waterslide, playing with squirt guns and splashing around. Later in the evening families got together in the Napeequa Room to catch a movie and chow down on some theatre style popcorn, a good end to another great day!

The fun never stops here at Tall Timber as families tore it up on the BMX course, enjoyed an incredible Beth Whitney concert and dined on the finest of ice cream sundaes. After a long day campers turned in for a good night's rest, plus a little sleeping in, before tomorrow's morning brunch!

Family Camp Day 1: We're Just Getting Started

Families woke up bright and early to a tasty breakfast made with love by the incredible kitchen staff here at Tall Timber. After filling up they worshiped and split into groups for morning sessions. Kids caught a skit, studied the bible, and worked with some ceramics while adults listened to the first of the week's speakers. Then, after a quick lunch break camp was back at it, ziplining, rock walling, drum circling and more!

As the first families began to arrive at camp this afternoon, a newly trained summer staff waited eagerly to greet them. After dinner, music and some brief introductions everyone gathered 'round for a Tall Timber favorite: campfire and s'mores!
