Bagging peaks, dancing up rocks, paddling rivers, and shooting rapids is how we like to roll. Tall Timber Expeditions are all about getting into the great outdoors and testing your mettle against the elements.  Together, of course.  Because none of us can do it alone.

No experience? No problem. Our Expeditions Staff provide you with the skills and gear needed to succeed.

Enjoy a week of paddling a different vessel each day on a variety of waters! We will set up a base camp at a nearby campground, where we will return each day for meals, sleep, and bible study. We partner with Youth Dynamics, a Christian-based Adventure ministry out of Leavenworth, to provide professionally guided rafting and inflatable kayaking adventures. Additionally, we have our own fleet of canoes that we will take to the water with. We take all the measures we can to provide a safe and positive paddling experience for kids with all levels of experience. Come out and paddle with us!

Leavenworth Rock

Leavenworth is one of the most dynamic and diverse climbing areas in the region, making this an extremely well rounded trip. Improve your rock climbing knowledge and skills as each day, campers will get to experience a variety of climbs in Leavenworth's Icicle Canyon. With a strong leader ratio of at least 1:3, not only is safety highly prioritized, but also a focus on each climber's skill level to assure a positive experience for everyone from our first timers to advanced regulars. Our Expedition leaders will work to instruct and guide campers to help hone their climbing skills, catered to each individual's skill level. The rocks get quite hot this time of year, so most days we will end up taking a dip in the creek at our nearby campground to cool off and refresh after long and hot days in the sun. Each day will also wind down with a stove-cooked camp dinner, bible study, and hot cocoa by the campfire in the cool night air. We see many campers return year after year to experience this memorable and unique week of climbing. Come climb with us!
