Whether you’re planning a weeklong conference, weekend retreat, or a wilderness adventure, our skilled team looks forward to working with you to understand your needs, help design your event, and ensure that it's a success.

If you want to rent out the whole camp we can host up to 185 people if all the beds in camp are filled, plus more if you utilize Crosby Campground. We also provide accommodations for multiple small groups at a time, welcoming them to gather for meals in the Lodge and enjoy their distinct retreat experiences.

Directions: 27875 White River Rd. Leavenworth, WA 98826

  • From Leavenworth, head north on US Hwy 2 for about 14 miles, then turning right at Coles Corner (WA-207 N). You’ll know you’re on the right track when you pass Lake Wenatchee on your left. After about 10 miles on this road, turn right on White River Rd. These last 6 miles will lead you to the camp.

  • From Monroe, take US-2 E across Steven’s Pass, turning left at Coles Corner (WA-207 N). You’ll know you’re on the right track when you pass Lake Wenatchee on your left. After about 10 miles on this road, turn right on White River Rd. These last 6 miles will lead you to the camp.

LODGING


CABINS

We have 13 cabins of with capacities ranging from 6-19 per cabin, with a maximum capacity of 155.  Each cabin has a rustic wood stove for heat, and 9 have electric heat.  We have 9 cabins with their own bathrooms, while guests staying in the other cabins utilize bathrooms in the Lodge.

SCHULZE CENTER

The Schulze Center is a separate, self-contained retreat facility.  It is a modern lodge that sleeps up to 30 guests in 8 rooms.  It has full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a gathering area.

CROSBY CAMPGROUND

With 11 pull-in sites for motorhomes or trailers, our campground features water and electric hookups and a central dump station.

MEETING AREAS


MAIN LODGE

Our main lodge contains a complete kitchen, dining hall, and meeting room. It also has bathrooms and smaller meeting areas, as well as a piano, sound system, and HD media projector.

OPEN AIR A-FRAME

In the non-winter months (May to November 15), this large covered gathering area is a wonderful space to use.  It also contains our rock climbing wall and is ideal for group games, outside meetings, and worship.  During the summer it contains a sound system, stage lighting, and media projection system.

CAMPFIRE CIRCLE

Our campfire circle has three sections of benches and faces a view of the stunning mountain cathedral, seating up to 200 people.

Meals

Buffet-style meals are typically served as follows:

  • Breakfast – 8:00 AM

  • Lunch – 12:30 PM

  • Dinner – 6:00 PM

Various snacks can also be made available (baked goods, fruit, cheese and crackers, hot cocoa bar, and more). Tazo Tea, organic, fair trade coffee, and Hot Chocolate are always ready for your enjoyment in our dining room.

With advance notice, our team is happy to accommodate your dietary restrictions. We are practiced at the following, but please let us know if you have a need beyond this list:

  • Dairy-free

Please note, we are a peanut-free facility and ask that you do not bring any peanut products with you to camp. We generally do not use any other nuts in our cooking, but please be sure to share any known allergies during the booking process. We do have a fridge and microwave available in the lodge for guests with particular needs. Do note, we do not rent out our kitchen, so meal service will be a part of your booking package.
