Summer Family Camp

Friday, July 5, 2024 - Monday, July 8, 2024

All Ages Welcome

This family friendly camp has something for everyone! Experience the zip line, climb on our rock wall, sing songs around the campfire, engage in Godly Play, cook s'mores by the river, rest and enjoy the mountain view, walk the labyrinth and hike the trails around camp! We have so many fun and restful activities at Tall Timber, and you have the opportunity to try them all at Family Camp. Plus, you’ll enjoy some of the best camp food around (including fresh-made baby food at every meal!) -- what could be better?

Registration looks like this:

1. Set up your account on Amilia (link below), and add the family and friends you are registering.

2. Select Your Lodging (3 nights)

In order to allow you to customize your experience, you will see a participant fee ($100 for ages 11+ and $50 for ages 5-10, $0 for ages 0-4 ) and then a lodging fee based on your selection.

1) Shared Cabin: Willing to share a cabin with some other folks? ($150 per person)

Shared cabins have their own bathrooms; each cabin has multiple twin bunkbeds and one double bed (Lake Forest Park sleeps 15, Ephrata sleeps up to 19, and Othello sleeps 17). Feel free to request roommates if you’re planning a trip with other folks from your church or neighborhood! We will also aim to accommodate cabin preferences.

2) Schulze Center: Dorm-style lodging with shared bathrooms, kitchen, and living room ($250 per person)

In Schulze, each registered party will have a private room, featuring a twin bunkbed and a double bed (maximum 4 people per room) (there are individual bathrooms in the hall).

3) Private Cabin: $800 dedicates a cabin to your group

Private cabins have their own bathrooms; each cabin has multiple twin bunkbeds and one double bed (Moses Lake and Quincy each sleep 9, North Creek and Whidbey each sleep 13, Wenatchee sleeps 11, and Snohomish sleeps 13). We will aim to accommodate cabin preferences.

3. Checkout, and tell your friends to register their families!

Additional Notes

  • A discount will be reflected in your checkout for registrants ages 0-10.

  • These fees cover lodging, 8 meals, and activities including high and low ropes elements, optional guided hikes, and all programming. Plus it helps support Tall Timber’s mission!

  • While the staff has internet access, we do not provide this to retreat participants. If there is an emergency, we have a landline available in the main lodge for such instances. Enjoy a much-needed break from cell service, social media, and email!
